The trap of comfort
is how quietly it operates.
You stay active.
You stay involved.

your output,
& your ceiling
remain untouched.
Stagnation rarely announces itself.

CONCRETE MOVES BEAT BROAD INTENTIONS.
Replace ::
I want to be bolder.
With::
I will send the pitch,
post the idea,
make the call,
launch the draft,
ask the question.
Create specific action plan
REPETITION OVER GRAND GESTURES
SMALL PROOF STACKS INTO REAL CONFIDENCE.
You do not need
one enormous act of courage.
You need consistent proof
that discomfort will not break you.
Small bold moves,
stacked over time,
re-teach the body and mind
what is actually survivable.
THE DISCOMFORT IS NOT A WARNING
FRICTION BEFORE EXPANSION IS NORMAL.
When you are entering new territory,
you may feel uncertain,
exposed,
or out of place.
This is not a sign
that something is wrong.
It is almost always a sign
that something real is happening.
